New Students TRAINING SCHEDULE: Training is Monday through Friday 8-5. Retainers must be turned in at least two weeks prior to training with a retainer agreement and a retainer confidentiality agreement. Students will find that without the Phase I course knowledge, understanding bonding/ underwriting is difficult if not impossible.

Neither Phase I or II classes are currently scheduled. If you are a Phase I graduate and would like to schedule a Phase II class then communicate that intent and coordinate a date for it. Same for new students of Phase I.

It is also highly recommended that you sign up for paralegal training with www.blackstone1890.com and www.jurisdictionary.com Both courses are excellent for beginners.

Phase III on Banking in rework

DUE TO LACK OF STUDENT INTEREST AND PREPARATION TIME FOR STARTING NEW CLASSES WHEN REQUESTED, ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE

Current training charged at Five 1 Ounce Gold Amero (or equivalent) and six pre-1933 silver dollars (or if unable then $5k) individual student, plus any travel expenses.

Four 1 Ounce Gold Amero (or equivalent) and six pre-1933 silver dollars (or if unable then $3,500k) each for 2 students, plus any travel expenses.

Three 1 Ounce Gold Amero (or equivalent) and six pre-1933 silver dollars (or if unable then $3,000k) each for 3 students, plus any travel expenses.

Two 1 Ounce Gold Amero (or equivalent) with nine pre-1933 silver dollars (or if unable then $2,000k) each for 6 students or more.

Two 1 Ounce Gold Amero (or equivalent) with six pre-1933 silver dollars (or if unable then $1,500k) each for 12 students or more.

Training for previous students review will be set one week per year. This is free. Those previous students must provide five (5) weeks advance request before training. If you want a review call for timing.

Phase I FFD&R (basic training, entity structuring, original jurisdiction, hierarchy of agreements, remedies)

Phase II FFD&R (Religious Training for Clergy and Phase I graduates)

Phase III FFD&R (Bank Training for Phase I and II graduates)

Entity Structuring (requires training) - (generally includes filing fees - depending on State)

• Officer Nominee now available - rates available on a sliding scale
• Trusts $1495 each plus filing costs
• Trusts come in various types - revocable, irrevocable, stock holding, Generation Skipping, Testamentary, Grantor, Rabbi Trust, Qualified Personal Residence Trust, Business Trust, Land Trust, and Generic Wills
• Family Limited Partnerships $1495 each plus filing costs (does not include general partner)
• Limited Liability Company $1495 each plus filing costs
• Corporations (Aggregate) $2495 each plus filing costs - this is a total package which includes EIN#, resolutions, training, filing, binders, stock cert prep, etc.
• Offshore Entities (Trusts, Partnerships, International Business Corporation) available per jurisdiction, rates vary.
• Tax Preparer Referrals (This Company does not prepare tax returns. We do make referrals and have CPA’s available)
• Need a Power of Attorney? $75-$150 each Durable?             Real Estate? Child Care? Financial? Limited POA? Delegation of Authority? Banking? Other?

Family Law (generic pre-nuptial agreements, one day pre-marriage training) this company does not assist in divorce issues at this time. We do provide basic pleadings preparation for basic family law filings, Guardianship, Adoption prep, termination of Parental rights, and other filings on an “as available” basis.

Generic Court Pleadings - by the hour at $150.00 per hour. Pleadings are delivered via email. Criminal pleadings preparation $150 per hour with a minimum $5,000 retainer. This retainer does not include any other parties.

Criminal Tax Defense support - Attorneys available with Associates paralegal support - retainer dependent upon case
